Introducing HIIT Yoga!

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a form of anaerobic exercise that helps you quickly use up your energy stores so that your body starts to burn fat for fuel. It involves exercises — like sprinting, jumping, burpees and doing push-ups — which allow you to burn calories very fast.   HIIT training works on speeding up your metabolism so you will still be burning calories for up to 36 hours after the training session which is why it is currently the most popular form of exercise when it comes to quick fat loss.

Yoga means the unity and balancing of mind, body and breath. This softer form of exercise is not simply a workout; it is a moving meditation. It involves a series of movements and postures designed to unblock energy channels and bring your body into balance. The aim is that you leave the class filled with energy and with a clearer head rather than feeling depleted.

Irish Yoga Girl provides in office HIIT Yoga to small, medium and large companies.

 

We bring all the equipment to the office and tailor the class to the abilities of the attendees. HIIT Yoga brings the best of both practices to the individual, experiencing the high calorie burning and toning of a HIIT workout and the strengthening, relaxing and calm mindfulness of a Yoga sequence.
