Office Pilates

Pilates fitness classes that comes to your workplace. We offer corporate Pilates courses and classes on site which are tailored to your company’s need and designed to suit all levels of fitness, with no prior experience required and all equipment provided.

​Pilates helps you align your spine and strengthens your neck and shoulders. This can help minimise the back pain office workers have due to sitting at their desk all day. Pilates is also a great way to strengthen your core, which improves your overall posture. This can be important for office workers since many lean forward over a desk most of the day. 

In house classes are a great way to improve overall work-life balance,

productivity, motivation and bring everyone together to do something

fun as a group.

8 Week Pilates & Mindfulness Course

  • Two courses in one, both Pilates and Mindfulness Training.

Once Off Pilates Class

8 Week Corporate Pilates and Mindfulness Course 
  • Two courses in one, both Pilates and Mindfulness Training. 

  • Tailored to beginners, with modifications for experienced practitioners .

  • Focus on reducing stress & anxiety, increasing productivity and wellbeing.

  • All equipment provided, including mats for each participant. 

  • Delivered on site, or in a venue close by. 

  • Instructor who has experience working in the office environment. 

  • Surveys at beginning and end to gauge effectiveness of course. 
     

As the primary Office Yoga provider in Dublin, we has tailored Yoga for the workplace. A yoga class delivered once a week, at the end of which the attendees will receive a mindfulness exercise, to take home and complete before the next class. 

At the end of the 8 weeks, physically, the students will have learned the basics of Yoga and meditation and have a great understanding of Mindfulness as well as an 8-week diary of Mindfulness exercises.  Mentally, they will have learned which techniques work best for them when trying to combat stress, anxiety or if they just want to shift towards a more positive mental head space.

Once Off Pilates Class
