What I really enjoy about the sessions is that the focus is different each week which keeps it exciting as you are trying new poses and learning different breathing and mindfulness techniques too.
I have been to various yoga classes over the past 10 years through gyms memberships and yoga programs but I have no hesitation in saying Laura is the best yoga teacher I have come across.
Her passion of yoga really shines through and her explanation of the poses/moves and personal attention she gives is excellent. Laura’s encouragement motivates you to push past your comfort zone leaving you feeling energised and proud of your achievement within the session.
From a physical point of view the benefits have been definitely been noticeable, personally each session has left my body feeling stretched, open and strong! I even think I’ve toned up and lost a few pounds :- )
